Hello Parents. We have been getting quite a few broken chrome books returned, and damaged cords lately. I just want to encourage you to please take care of the technology that has been lent to your student! I would urge you to spend the $25 to get the device insurance, because replacing a Chromebook is going to cost you $150. A damaged or lost cord is $25. A missing key cost $10 each. Lose or damage a Wi-Fi device and it will cost you $50. REMINDER on your CHILD'S GRADE.... YES THEY WILL BE GRADED!!!! 1. They MUST be online every day! Either in the AM session or PM session. 5 days a week! 2. On the time they are NOT live with their teacher, they are required to do work and turn it in ... for a GRADE as assigned by the teacher.... 3. This is VERY DIFFERENT from how it was in the spring. 4. REMINDER PARENTS - you have access to powerschool portal and can SEE your child's grades at all times. If you need help with that, let us know. EVERY DAY - ONLINE - present and participating EVERY DAY - OFFLINE...working on work assigned.
