Even wonder how we bottle our honey? This is our workhorse 7 1/2 gallon bottling tank. Bottling by hand still takes a long time, but this baby makes it a breeze!
We made it! It took 20+ hours over 2 1/2 days, but 630 lbs of Monterey Gold Honey are bottled and ready to go. Now time for a nap!
