Montecito Plaza Farmers Market SPOTLIGHT: After 300 tries and 7 months, Gary Brown, the creator of Organic Greek Raisin and Herb Vinaigrette, got the taste and recipe he has been imagining just right! Gary was out on a quest to create a dressing that was healthy with no bitter aftertaste and HE DID IT! This vinaigrette is gluten free, vegan, GMO free, has no artificial ingredients and colors and is bottled locally. His favorite dishes with his dressing are cucumber salad and chicken.
