The IT Department of Alisal USD, in partnership with the Monterey County Office of Education, has installed two parabolic antennas that connect the San Jerardo ...Cooperative off Old Stage Road to AUSD internet network. This pilot program allows for about 30 students to access the internet through Alisal’s network as if they were in their own schools. Children who live in San Jerardo attend Bardin and Monte Bella schools. The District continues looking for solutions to the Digital Divide and to ensure all our students are connected and learning. El Departamento de Tecnología del Distrito Alisal, en asociación con la Oficina de Educación del Condado de Monterey, ha instalado dos antenas parabólicas que conectan la Cooperativa San Jerardo en Old Stage Road a la red de Internet de AUSD. Este programa piloto permite que unos 30 estudiantes tengan acceso a Internet a través de la red de Alisal como si estuvieran en sus propias escuelas. Los niños que viven en San Jerardo asisten a las escuelas Bardin y Monte Bella. El distrito continúa buscando soluciones a la brecha digital y para asegurar que todos nuestros estudiantes estén conectados y aprendiendo.
