Our second project with them was to boost up our back deck attached to our living room and overlooking our backyard. Three of the four supporting posts were rotting away at the base and the entire structure was threatened with collapse.They redid the support system to stabilize the slow downward drift of one side of the deck. They replaced the rotted supporting posts which boosted the deck back to its proper height and ended the slow downward drift. This took about five days and we were happy with their work."

We were able to agree on a contract and the team was available to start the following day , that is what I call great service., The job was to re-enforce some pillars that support the garage area and also to put in a retaining wall in front of the house to prevent drainage problems. The workers were here each morning ready to work hard for the day. The job only took 8 days, faster than the 10 day projection. The team did a wonderful job and at the end, did an exceptional job in cleaning up the area. Everything was left as clean as if they had never been there. I highly recommend Montclair Construction and plan to use them again in the future."

Thank you for your hard work! There were a few miscommunications (e.g., making payments via credit card or check, where the discharge pipe would go to the street, etc.), but it all worked out fine. I already told Valeria about this, but since nothing has been done about it, I'll mention it again: 1. Your job time clock is still locked to our railing on the front steps. 2.
