Shout out to small businesses. I - WANT - TO - HELP We’re ALL affected, but I personally know the fear, stress + anxiety of how this time may impact our business during this time.... I specialize in brand development, web design, graphic design, social media management + marketing. SO, an idea randomly came to me. On thee biggest day to give thanks I have to give a shout out to Big Jesus for bringing these 2 humans into my life. The little redhead in sequins is my why behind Monroebot Graphics and attempting (not always successful) to better myself everyday. Because that beautiful little face is watching. My husband @hank_hinzo (yup, he doesn’t know I’m writing this right now and putting it on blast - we’re very private peeps) is my biggest fan. Running + building a business is H...ARD AF. I would be a total liar if I said it wasn’t. If I said there hasn’t been total breakdowns, anxiety-ridden sleepless nights, people that try to take advantage of you and your skill set, etc. It’s not all unicorns and fucking rainbows. However, he’s always there to bring me back to life. Not to mention he’s always sporting a Monroebot Graphics tee. He truly believes it’s his lucky shirt. With that being said... I’m ALSO truly grateful for all of YOU!! The peeps that I’ve met on social media, my clients, the peeps that I’ve met in real life, my homies, my family + my true and genuine supporters. Dot x Ott, Luvspun, and Monroebot Graphics to host the inaugural Shop Small Bakersfield Scavenger Shop & Pop Up Market on Saturday, November 30th from 10 AM to 4 PM at Dot X Ott, 930 18th Street in Downtown Bakersfield. ....it’s going to be EPIC!!... On November 30th, participating local businesses will be handing out passports to customers. For each purchase made at a participating location (all around Bakersfield), the customer will earn a stamp for their passport. Additionally, if a customer shows their stamped passport at another participating business they will be rewarded with a free gift for their participation. And for you businesses that don’t have a brick and mortar, a pop-up market will take place at Dot and Ott. So there’s soo much opportunity for ALL of our local, AWESOME businesses! So I’ve been hiding under a rock. Not like a cute little pet rock, but a Rockie Mountain boulder. In a Steven Tyler EPIC screaming voice, I’M BAAAAACK! WARNING A long post ending with a MAJOR shout out to all of you... Guys!! Monroebot Graphics is officially celebrating our 2nd birthday!!! I say birthday because birthdays are made for intense partying.... Here’s a quick stroll down memory lane (in NO WAY, SHAPE OR FORM IS THIS A BRAG). I am asked all of the time on what I’m working on, I’ve been sucking at posting (sorry). Bottom line is that I am still in shock that I have been chosen and trusted for my services. This is a sneak peak of what Monroebot Graphics has been up to for the past 2 years: Designed + created 16 websites Designed + created 30+ logos Designed countless flyers, business cards, postcards, invitations, etc. Photographed families, business owners, students, athletes, food and products Managed 10+ social media accounts My story of Monroebot Graphics was published in a motivational book My designs were just published in a motivational workbook I’m sure there’s more that I cannot remember. I mention because I’ve allowed myself to proud, because I have worked my ASS OFF. I’ve collaborated with non profits, businesses, career hustlers, etc. and met some AMAZING people that I most likely would have never crossed paths with if it weren’t for my business.
