END OF PLAY is DGA's push to get playwrights to finish a play or other set goal and finish by the end of March. I'm writing lyrics for MIRACLE & MYSTERY MUSICAL. Needless to say, I am not churning out pages a day, but I am finishing lyrics, more and more by the end of March. I'm also taking 6 credits at West L.A. College, same as last semester. With all that's going on, I do believe it is imperative to BEWARE THE IDES OF MARCH!

Monarch Theatre Guild is getting the Album of the musical THE VANISHING POINT recorded. Painting and making collages for "5 FLAGS" variations on Old Glory.

Massive Streaming and other media are reducing entertainment and the Internet, Social Media, reducing it/us to Eyeball Time. We need to reverse this somewhat with quality, accessible live theater and performances.

At TAPER FOR "LINDA VISTA" I have seaon tickets to 5 theaters, a culturally happening way to go.

With a clever, modern take on a classic Greek legend, a diverse and eclectic mix of songs, skillfully choreographed dance numbers, and a talented cast of triple threats, this original musical is sure to please local audiences. Monarch Theatre Guild is holding Callbacks Wed. 13th for the musical THE GOLDEN FLEECE, a rock musical set in the L.A. rock music scene. The band Jason & the Argonauts, led by Jason with his girlfriend Mae, travel to Los Angeles to get a recording contract and become rock stars. Their manager Rex get them an audition with Art Mogul head of Mt. Olympus Productions. Jason gets involved with the punk band The Furies, who support their lifestyle by dealing Ambrosia, the food of the gods. Actors sing live to the recorded instrumental score of the musical.

"IN THE CHIP!" is another musical that will be produced again by MONARCH THEATRE GUILD, henceforth MTG. A. MacDonald
