"Wow!! Omigosh! I feel GREAT! I love this chiropractic stuff! I feel so good!"- new client, Fernando, today after his first ever chiropractic adjustment. Fernando is a 23 yr old college student who has a history of chronic neck & low back pain. Two weeks ago, he experienced sciatica for the first time- which has been constant since the onset. The pain was so bad he was taking oxycodone (a narcotic) that his MD prescribed. It wasn't until I met his husband last week (who also... had a miracle result from one adjustment) and explained chiropractic to him, that either of them knew chiropractic could help with his pain. This beautiful moma gave birth to her 10lb baby boy Tuesday afternoon naturally at home. She texted me pictures after- I always love those texts Our bodies know what to do and how to birth. Small women CAN give birth to big babies too. I had never really heard a lot about "big babies" until I had my own and started working with more pregnant moms. My daughter was 10lb 6oz (her birth ended up being an unplanned c-Sxn). My son was 11 lbs 3 oz and I had him at home as a very healing VBAC birth.
