Ever since I’ve been able to perfect my microblading technique I am in love with microblading! Before my results didn’t come back that great. The strokes came back blurry and ashy. I blamed the client and the aftercare and I blamed the technique in general. Everything but myself! Yes I had a huge part of how these results were coming back like this. It wasn’t until I perfected my technique and my aftercare that my results have started coming back amazing! ... So if you’re in the same situation, take a look at yourself and how you can improve. Don’t just place blame on everything else! What can YOU do to improve your results? Always be testing and researching!

Can you spot the difference? Sometimes only the slightest change makes all the difference. This is microblading over old faded powder shading. Using @permablend_pigments Brunette with a touch of bronzer since I anticipate her healing cool based on her skin undertone.

How I do my outlines nice and sharp Have you been having issues with your outlines? Try Troubleshooting with the below steps. These steps always work for me 1. As you are outlining always be checking your outline by wiping small sections clean with a Q-tip and making sure that your outline is there. There is no point in tattooing an entire outline and wiping it and having it completely gone.... 2. If you wipe a section and you do not see the outline then check your pressure. Your pressure may be too late and the outline is not showing up. 3. If you check your pressure and the outline is still not showing up, then check your speed. You may be going to fast along the outline and you are not giving it enough time for the needle to get into the skin and implant the ink. So slow down your pace. 4. Finally, if you still do not see your outline then maybe the color is too light. Add a few drops of a darker color and see if the outline shows up. Have any more issues with your technique? My classes dive deep into trouble shooting and quality control. I go over how to handle difficult situations and different types of clients skin and what to do based on those scenarios. It was a 4 day class done over two weekends. @browsbygrecia has been wanting to get into the brow business for a very long time but never took that step. After watching my webinar she was inspired to take that action and I’m so happy that she did. If your looking to get microblading done make sure to check out that artists healed results. Sure brows always look great right after the procedure. But it’s the HEALED results that matter. And not everyone is a candidate for microblading! So if you’ve got oily skin and your artist doesn’t warn you about possible undesirable healed results on oily skin or at least offer other techniques then you better question whether this artist has your best interest at heart.

Sometimes hairstrokes isn’t enough, adding just a bit of shading will really give it more dimension especially if you don’t have a lot of brow hairs.
