Purple Tier Protocols for M'lords and M'ladys : - Clients will Call the salon upon arrival. No waiting in the Salon at this time. - No Guests or Group Appointments - Only 1 person per Stylist in the Salon at a time.... -MASK MUST COVER MOUTH AND NOSE. Mask is to be worn at all times while in the building. That includes the Bathroom. -No eating or drinking that requires you to remove your mask. -No Waxing that requires removal of the mask. - If you have traveled out of California or have been on a plane, you will have to wait 10 Days after your return to come to the Salon. We are officially open!! We look forward to seeing you all! When you arrive at the salon remain in your vehicle and call the salon informing us of your arrival. Don't forget to wear your Mask! ... We do not have a waiting room at this time and can only have 1 person per stylist in the building at a time. Currently our stylists are working through their cancelations from while we were closed. Please be patient with us. If your stylist hasn't contacted you within the next week or two, feel free to call us and get on their call back list. Please have the date and time of your canceled appointment handy when you call so the stylist can reference back to it.

Good morning everyone! We are still open and will be until we receive an Official Announcement of Closure. But we do have some updates on how to enter the Salon.... Please remain in your vehicle. ~We no longer have a waiting room. Call the salon to inform us of your arrival. If your stylist is not ready, remain in your vehicle until we flag you in or call you. We have taken all precautions to ensure a healthy environment that is in full compliance with current pandemic regulations. Please call the salon to reserve a spot on your stylist’s waitlist. Your personal stylist will then call you to schedule the earliest appointment available for you. We look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.

So sorry to share this very important information.

We have to let you know that Ventura County hair salons were just mandated to shut down effective immediately. We look forward to our re opening when the mandate has been lifted. We are unsure of how long this will be for. As soon as we have any updated information I will let you know. ... So until further notice all appointments are canceled until our reopening. Thank you for your understanding and patience through all this. . . . After nearly 50 years in business in same location, same family owners, 5 generation having worked there, some original operators, some newbies & everything in between, multiple generations of family clientele, we got this. We've seen a lot over the last 50ish years. We have an incredible staff (family) & clientele (family) that we truly love & respect & already miss. Our relationships, faith, character, loyalty, work ethic, professionalism, reputation, respect & love for our community & each other has gotten us through so much. We appreciate all of your well wishes, prayers, loyalty & respect. The health & well fair of our staff & our clientele is our first concern & keeping our doors open for our staff to come to work & continue to make you all as fabulous on the outside as you are on the inside (as soon as we are allowed), is our other top priority. Thank you all so much for your patience during the temporary closing of our salon due to the Covid-19 mandate. We are hoping to reopen very soon. As soon as the date we are allowed to reopen is announced we will register with the county and receive confirmation and approval of our safety plan of action and then we can open our doors for business. We are getting so close! Please watch for our temporary new appointment check in and personal safety policies. We are looking forward to seeing all of you very soon!
