If you never have, please join us at Micheltorena Elementary School in #SilverLake some #Sunday morning @10 for a nice cozy #service and if you want, bring by some of those old #clothes you been meaning to toss, cuz folks spendin’ day and night on the #street #need what you don’t (#ladies, there are #homeless #women who REALLY need that old sports #bra and those wrong size #undies... a...nd #gentlemen, the same goes for those whitey-tighties or baggy-#boxers). You can bring clothes, #bathroom supplies, some #healthy non-perishables, or just come to visit! If you come with #donations you can be sure they’ll be given to someone in need in our very own Skid Row by a Missio Dei member, but we hope you’ll join us on a Sunday morning soon regardless! . . The Declaration of Independence includes "the pursuit of happiness" among the unalienable rights granted to every human being. And we are a people who relentlessly pursue happiness. Yet, study after study shows that we're not a particularly happy people. So then what is the key to happiness? Psalm 1 provides an answer.
