Class 3 down I decided to give myself a 20 #yoga #classes in #30days #challenge to help bring me back to my #mat #daily due to the immense #desire I've had to feel the #peace & #bliss & #openness I once knew from having a daily yoga #practice it's only week one and already beginning to feel my channels loosen and open again and looking forward to the remainder of this journey today's class was exactly what I needed with a #slow #hatha #vinyasa #prana & #alignment focused class will definitely be heading back to #Tripower for more wisdom & energy from #Elka #yogaeverydamnday #patience #persistence #honoringthebody #mindfulness #present #breathe

Coming back to my practice is a humbling experience from being at my #yogi peak 3 summers ago and knowing what it feels like to experience pure and utter #bliss from #breath and #mediation to now starting all over again not having had a consistent daily practice for years, the journey begins NOW in this #present moment I accept where my body is today and am humbled on my #journey toward once again finding open channels and #chakras and an #energy of bliss #patience and dedication to resuming a daily practice lie ahead and I couldn't be happier that I've finally found my way back to this #desire #trust in the #self
