Dear Mingala Cafe Community, As you may know, Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, Marin, Santa Clara, and San Francisco county has mandated a county wide "in place shelter" policy. As of today, Monday 3/16, we will not be offering dine-in service. However we will remain open for carry-out and delivery services. ... We hope you will take advantage of our amazing carry-out and delivery services during this difficult time. Our thoughts are with all of those impacted by the virus and we will continue to do our part as a small family business to care for our community. We'll continue operating under these conditions until the public health crisis subsides and we're given further instructions from our public officials.
