Treatment with us is a unique experience. Our history in dealing with all types of mental health illnesses gives us the ability to take cases with clients on the high spectrum of autism, personality disorders, and many more. For Addiction, we work with everything. We are a Medication-Assisted-Treatment (MAT) Friendly Facility. No case is the same, and we use the mind, body & spirit approach to healing. The dual diagnosis gives insight into treating with more refi...nement and being more intensive to figure out a solution that can give our clients their hope back and get them living their life again. Included in Treatment is Individual Therapy, Life Skills, Creative Outlet Therapy. We do Extensive Case Management to assist clients in the small details and start getting them back on track to their path. We have a Licensed Social Worker speciated in Trauma Care & EMDR Therapy. We have had clients with Extreme Trauma graduate from our program and show night and day improvement in their lives. We can't control life, but we do control our actions and intentions. Addiction takes that control away, and for some, it's impossible to get back without help. Having a place to call home and learning the discipline needed to maintain an orderly home is essential to the recovery process. One of benefits of being located in Vista, CA, is that we can stay in our backyard year long. We encourage our clients to find their favorite spot and spend some time outside. Some clients prefer a more controlled setting for getting back on their path. A clean home is essential to living a mindful life. It's not just the dirt and dust at home we need to tend to, but our actions and behaviors as well. Creating discipline is not easy. It takes time and support for it to become permanent. We at Mindful Rejuvenation provide our clients with the option to move into our sober living home if they meet our admission requirements and abide by our house rules. Checking into treatment for addiction can be a scary concept. Our program's admittance process begins with you or your loved one reaching out to us. We ask all questions related to addiction and mental health. We use the information provided to explain how our program is a dual diagnosis, and we tackle the habit and cause of the addiction. We must address the problem at the root to have a better probability of success. We check to see if your insurance qualifies for ou...r treatment. We currently accept ANTHEM; HMO, PPO, & EPO Insurance. We also accept all other Out of Network PPO insurance plans. We do accept Cash pay and we sponsor one client every six months. If your insurance does not cover us, we provide you with resources to someone who may be able to help even if we cannot. We answer all questions you may have to be sure that we are the correct fit for you and your treatment. We could do more than we thought possible when we were young and were blessed to get a caring parent. We were told when to push through the hardships and when to run away for safety. Once we are older, it's up to us to decide our limits and whether we want to push them. They can range from drinking more water in a day to running a mile under 6 minutes. The people we surround ourselves & spend time with influence on how we go about setting these limits. I rather have... a positive person in my corner than a negative one.
