The swimming community lost a legend, and a great thinker. Bill "Buzz" Boomer has done more for swimming than any coach. He certainly changed how I view swimming and address swimmers. Freestyle Reimagined (Boomer, Kredich) is a coaching must have video series. Starts and Turns is terrific too. His Cats and Dogs analogy, "aquatic signature", identifying and addressing the individual swimmer both physically and emotionally at all swim levels has helped retain so many masters swimmers and help them become their best self and swimmer. Like a pebble tossed in the lake will eventually come to a stop, the ripples Coach Boomer created will swim on and on. RIP Coach, you will be missed. https://youtu.be/W7JvGmnH2jw

Breathing and posture tip: Gently pull your bellybutton toward your spine when you exhale. This will help manage good posture on each stroke and encourage diaphragmatic breathing (more air!).
