Is this happening to anyone else’s passport?

Hawaii opens back up on October 15. These are the requirements. Personally I would not go for at least a month or two as so much has been closed for some time and it will take awhile for it to feel like Hawaii. But when you are ready, I’ll be here to asisst with your planning.
