Sassy Lassi, our new Sour IPA, is a fun spin on our NE-style IPA inspired by cold Mango Lassi alongside tamatar gosht and tangra prawns from Darjeeling Express in London. The fresh mango and vanilla, spiced with nutmeg and green cardamom, along with a touch of lactose, come together to express creaminess and complexity atop a luscious tropical melody. Enjoy!
