Every Friday will be To all my LGR members!! "Progress Core Friday" We need to start taking a picture of your core so you can keep track of your progress. Remember, pictures don't lie. Lets get committed and motivated. Don't be shy. You don't need to send your picture to the group. Its only for yourself so you can critique your progress.... I'm almost 51yrs old and I'm motivated as hell and I won't stop pushing myself. Come join us at LGR so we can get you ripped. LGR is offering a New Year's resolution workout program. If anybody is intrested in getting in shape and losing weight while improving your lifestyle, come check out my LGR Fitness Workout classes.
