Pick up: Thanksgiving Day This year I’m offering organic smoked Thanksgiving turkeys for pick up in Hollister. The birds I use are certified organic and fresh, not frozen. I make my own rub and brine. I promise you will love the taste of a freshly smoked organic turkey. I use a combination of white oak and hickory wood in my smoker.
