The Southern CA Nazarene Team has completed their Mission to Haiti. Thank you for representing our District in assisting our Missionaries, Antony and Marietta Duclos.

We look forward to welcoming Ashby Rauch Kidd "Home"! on Sunday, November 19 as she comes to share @ Mid-City during the worship service!

Tomorrow morning is our gathering together of all the Nazarene congregations of Mid-City in the main sanctuary @ 10:30 am Pastor Denis of our Haitian congregation will be sharing the sermon with us. All congregations will sing specials in their own languages. Scriptures will be read from the congregations own Bibles and languages. It's a little glimpse of what Heaven must surely be like! Afterwards all are invited to stay for a meal to share together. As we gather around the tables, may our fellowship honor and glorify our Lord. Also we celebrate the marriage this summer of Pastor Denis and his wife of our Haitian congregation with this cake!! Please come and celebrate!!

Prayer is requested for General Superintendent Gustavo A. Crocker, who underwent an emergency appendectomy Friday morning. Everything went well and he is recovering. Dr. Crocker says he praises God for prayers and for good healthcare.

Our two new General Superintendents. Dr. Filimao Chambo and Dr. Carla Sunberg. Dr. Filimao Chambo will be the General in jurisdiction of the SoCal District for the next two years.
