Para registrarse debe tener: 1. usted o un familiar cercano preocupaciones sobre el desarrollo de sus niños 2. Tener un niño que esté en los tres condados o el centro regional de los tres condados 3. Debe vivir en los condados de Ventura, Santa Bárbara o San Luis Obispo. Las familias registradas se llamarán la semana siguiente y se harán algunas preguntas más detalladas para determinar a dónde hacer la mejor referencia para el niño/a y poder calificar para los regalos.
