This year has been far from easy for a lot of us and also for me. Transitions, experiences for me this year have been both good and some have been rather unpleasant At the end of the day, I am blessed. To have people who care, a supporting group of friends and a wonderful family to lean on. I am blessed to experience pain and joy Despite the challenges and hardships, I am grateful for my family @sqbonbon, @christian_bonner_, @alicesosabonner... Grateful for my amazing roommates @cilvinsteward, @michellewakemusic, @ninjean and unofficial fourth roommate @flyguydono Always I’m grateful for starting a new venture with one of my best friends @michellewakemusic. We starting a business in the middle of a global pandemic and been through so many trials and challenging times, and we haven’t given up on our dream or one another I am also grateful for this yoga & music community for supporting us along the way. After a few hours of playing around with different names, and ideas, we came up with Spaces As co-facilitators of these spaces where yoga and live music offerings happen, @michellewakemusic and I are beyond blessed to share this space with you Our intention is to bring community together where we all can feel safe, supported, empowered as we coexist together in... this space we can call home. Michelle and I have exciting news for you!! We have decided to bring back outdoor yoga on Monday’s to Ocean Beach starting November 16th!!! This week’s Schedule Monday, we are inside at 6:30 PM in Normal Heights... Wednesday, we are outside in ocean beach on the Saratoga greens at 5:15 PM Stay on the lookout for November’s schedule... COMING SOON. We are looking at indoor venue spaces in ocean beach/Point Loma area to rent on Tuesdays and Thursday’s for evening classes :) with live music @michellewakemusic and I are very excited to continue to provide these opportunities to you.
