$75 Champagne Eric Isselee Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs 100% Chardonnay grapes bring to this Blanc de Blancs Champagne its outstanding fineness. The colour is beautifully golden and bright, the nose blooming with rich tastes still lingering in the mouth. A most typical wine from the Côte des Blancs. $40... Marcel Cabelier Cremant du Jura Rosé The nose on the Cremant Du Jura Rosé is reminiscent of a freshly baked strawberry, rhubarb coffee cake with notes of grilled toast. On the palate, it is full of flavor, persistent bubbles and tapers off to a lovely dry finish. $55 2013 Vincent Girardin Macon-Fuisse Les Vieilles Vignes 100% Chardonnay Aromas of white roses, fern, honey suckle, and citrus. A smooth finish with a concentration of fruit and sufficient acidity. $45 2016 Chateau De Poncie ‘Fleurie Le Pre Roi’ Bright brilliant colour, reflecting garnet and violet nuances. Bouquet, fine and elegant with notes of cherry and blueberry. Palate, extremely expressive, with a freshness highlighting the balance between structure and aromatic richness.

We can’t thank you all enough. Restaurants have been among the hardest-hit businesses during coronavirus quarantines and it is because of your constant support that we have made it to this point. We are thrilled to announce that we will be reopening for dine in services next week and our reservation book is now open. This will be the last week we are offering our meal kits and are so thankful that you’ve allowed us into your kitchens. We look forward to seeing you all back in ours. What we are drinking with Fried Chicken Menu: $40 2019 Matthiasson Napa Valley Village Chardonnay No.1 (Napa,CA)... Golden Delicious apples, Meyer lemon, and yellow peaches on the nose and through to the palate. The medium acidity is balanced by pleasant fleshiness, finishing very clean with a hint of minerality. $40 2018 Spring Hilltop Ranch Pinot Noir (Monterey,CA) Hilltop ranch is a mile north of Carmel Valley Village, right outside the AVA. The wine is very aromatic, with the custom french oak cooperage foremost, and tastes of raspberry, cranberry, vanilla and coconut. Finishing with a warm, tart and zingy mouthfeel.

Faintly buttery, ripe varietal flavor of apple and citrus. Medium bodied with good natural acidity. Ingredients: grapes, sulfur dioxide. Not fined, not filtered and 51 cases produced.
