Latest project underway. Art studio with roof deck, bali hut, and pool bath above. Deceptively simple looking, but fairly complex construction and bureaucratic challenges.

2017 brought completion to Affordable Senior Housing project in Yucaipa, California (east of San Bernardino). Enjoy providing affordable housing, although these projects just seem to scratch the surface, as there was a waiting list before the complex was even close to done. Next up is a Veterans Affordable Housing project in Cathedral City.
