How do you keep bouncing back from the craziness that you’ve gone through? I often get asked You can too.... Instead of running away from the intense feelings of overwhelm or loss...it’s your ability to change what you’re focused on in the moment. ... It’s also your ability to not stay sulking and replaying the same record in your head over and over again of things that have happened to you or what you feel like you’re lacking in the moment. You always feel the way you do by what you’re focused on in the moment. If you’re feeling bad... it’s because you’re out of alignment with who you really are. Simple. And if you’re out of alignment, life will be way harder for you than it needs to be. It’s necessary for you to feel good so you can evolve into the amazing person that wants to come out. I don’t mean to sound harsh but just sharing with you why I am the way I am after such incredible loss and trauma...and still so happy. Faith in God first and for most... but there’s a ton of people of faith who are still miserable. Why? It’s constant practice of realigning your thoughts throughout the day and interrupting the patterns of negativity... before you know it... you’ll be masterful at it and people will be asking you why you’re so full of joy or stoic. If I could encourage you to practice these two things moment by moment throughout your day... you will start to feel so much better... your energy will change ... your life will also change. 1. What are areas you’re growing in right now? Even if it’s just realizations of what you want vs. Where you are at. 2. What are you thankful for right now? Replay over and over in your mind... you can’t be depressed and thankful and eager for your future all at the same time. You are not a slave to your thoughts. Time is NOT running out. And we wonder why girls and boys (not men) have distorted expectations of a woman’s body?? This stuff straight up F* up the minds of this generation and the ones to come. Skin smoothing filters like we see on TV... ok but completely re-shaping EVERY inch of your body for a photo? ... My dear sweet woman... if you’re reading this... so many things you see on social media are NOT real... don’t compare yourself to the images and videos you watch. ...and if you’re having a hard time because you’re comparing your body to images you see on social... and it’s making you hate yourself.... turn off social media and go work on yourself... do things that make you feel good about yourself and love on yourself.... Start with focusing on aspects that you DO love about yourself and really appreciate those things. Remember...Things can look different by changing how you dress, working out, and how you eat... but my love... none of those things or any amount of filters or plastic surgery will make you love and accept yourself. This is an intense #motivationalmonday that will encourage someone... The world has conditioned us to use pain, loss, fear, and anger to motivate and fuel you to get your goals... BUT the reality is, the more you focus on your losses, pain, and things that anger you... the more you keep on ATTRACTING this into your life...... This is why people stay stuck in the same cycle over and over again... some never get out of this cycle... So, I realized this after I went through intense loss and pain... Most wondered how I was going to manage... Quitting is NEVER an option for me... I realized I needed to REINVENT myself, break this cycle in my life... ALIGN with the new version of me and LEVERAGE the real power that’s created our abundant universe.... full of love, peace, joy, REAL strength, and inspirational guidance. Not focus on pain, loss, bitterness, jealousy, fear of lack BUT focus daily (first thing in the morning) on connecting with that higher power through gratitude journaling, prayer, and meditation which helps you LEVERAGE the real power throughout your day. This has allowed me to attract and manifest the happiness, the strength, the love, and the clarity of mind I walk in daily.
