Big shoutout to my dad for his 28 years of service in the military and to all those brave men and women serving in the armed forces, protecting our country at all costs! For as long as I can remember, my dad was always in a foreign country doing various missions as part of his service of being a pilot in the military. Though he was in Afghanistan for all four years of my highschool days, and was unable to attend any of my football or baseball games which deeply saddened me, I...’ll always respect him for what he had to do to protect our country despite being absent most of my life. It was very hard on me having my father gone all the time, especially as a young man, but it comes with the territory. He has since retired from the military, and now flies commercially for United Airlines, still protecting all those on board which I have a deep respect for. God bless all our soldiers and their families. We’ve lost so many lives due to war and violence all around the world, and all those brave men and women will surely never be forgotten. some throwback pics of my momma and I always been a momma’s boy since day 1. I truly wouldn’t know what to do without my mom and her guidance keeping me grounded in my faith throughout my entire life. We have been through an awful lot together, and I can’t thank momma J enough for sticking by my side through all these years. I adore this woman more than life itself, so much, that I got her birthday tattooed on my chest to always remind me of the everlasting love we have for... one another. A small token if you will, to always remind me of all the sacrifices, constant love, and ultimately helping me become the man I am today. 2 years ago this picture was taken after busting my ass day in and day out in the gym. The goal here was to be as lean and cut as humanly possible without losing muscle mass I had been gaining since I started working out everyday when I was 16 years old. This picture is a constant reminder to myself, to retain how cut I once was, but also to gain at least 4-5 times more muscle mass. I’m currently the biggest I’ve ever been on a goal to shred from 187-190 lbs to 172-175 lbs i...n just a month or two. The hardest thing for me since I was a kid, was gaining weight. No matter how much junk food or how much I ate, I could NOT gain weight. I have been listening to my coaches on meal prepping and mass gainer, which ended up in me gaining almost 20 pounds since this picture was taken. It was so incredibly hard to do, and I’m very proud of the fact I was able to gain the muscle weight I needed in order to shred down now. I’ve never gone to the gym to lose weight before as I’ve always gone to the gym to gain more muscle mass. Now is the time to shred down to about 172-175 lbs. I’m now on a completely different diet consisting of extremely healthy/gluten-free foods with little to no fat in my meal preps. I am going to document my cut, and at the very end, post a picture of what my body looks like with a ton of more muscle mass, but absolutely shredded. Btw I’m currently 5’10 and 1/2 (5’11) so cutting down from 190 to 175, is going to be SO MUCH FUN (absolutely not). Although I am stoked to show you guys my results and how hard work ultimately pays off in the end. Big thanks to the team at @fnx_fit as I would not be able to do this without you guys.
