Thankyou, Carol Bannister, PT for sharing this study for this common postural dysfunction and the benefits of Myofascial Release on the Respiratory Diaphragm: I came across this recent study out of Iran. It concluded that Myofascial Release of the respiratory diaphragm provided a key component in improving forward head posture and chest expansion in patient’s with neck pain.
