Well it has certainly been a Crazy year so far but now I have my Legs Sorted it is time to get back to focusing on the next big event for me which is NORRA 2021.... I hear there is something like 6 DSBE's scheduled to race in the Meyers Manx Class which should me for an interesting 1000 miles in Baja . A Quick word from Axle, you will be hearing more from him over the coming months !! __________________________________ Many years ago, when Dad first came up with the Original Meyers Manx, one of the most defining features was me. With sword, as I stood proudly on the front of every buggy, I went on to be an incredibly famous cat, albeit just an outline of myself. ... Over the years I have tried really hard to get out of the Meyers Manx shield so I could meet and greet the many buggy owners who have made Meyers Manx what it is today, a source of enjoyment and happiness the world over. As luck would have it, with advancements in technology, and making a few new friends, I was almost able to get out in 2014 with the launch of the DualSport Baja Edition (DSBE), but I didn't quite make it as I got stuck half way. BUT, I did get to watch an awesome group of Buggy Enthusiasts race in the 2015 NORRA, Mexican 1000, and was right there with them as they crossed the line proudly displaying me on the front of their buggies for the world to see. I must also say it was great to be able to look at the world straight on, as opposed to out of the side of my eye, as I had seen it for the previous 50-plus years. Since 2014 I have been working hard on how best to help out at Meyers Manx, to give a helping hand to Mom and Dad as they get a little older, and to my new adopted brother, Kory, as he finds his way in Buggy World with them. When all this virus stuff happened, I found myself with some quiet time, so I read some more books and Mom and Dad helped me to get some legs. I am still working on learning to walk and behave in public, but I have a feeling I am going to like it here, so please bear with me as I learn the ropes. Looking forward to Buggy Life outside!! Assortment of buggy parts and cars for sale by fellow Club Member. She is located in Lone Pine Ca which is about 2 hrs away from Mammoth which is the event coming up on September 20th. She has an assortment of parts that her husband had collected over the years. Along with the parts are two cars, one is a Manx copy that has just the body and rolling chassis. The other was their personal car which is a tow'd copy. It was running and driving and when it was parked two years ago....
