At this time, we are stopping our policy of refills at the Metro 4 Cinema as we review what action we should take in the future. ... Dear Movie Heroes, As our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to reach out to you to let you know the steps we are taking to create a safe, movie watching experience at the Metro 4 Cinema. ... The Health and Safety of our Movie Heroes, guests and employees is our highest priority. With respect to recent developments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of your families and our staff. WHAT WE'RE DOING: In addition to our regular full-facility cleanings, our staff will now be doing an additional wipe down of seats, arm rests, counters, and door handles with sanitizing spray at the end of each showing. We will also be implementing a one seat barrier rule. Groups of patrons will be asked to keep one empty seat between them and another group of patrons. Throughout the day our staff will also continue to: Clean handles on ALL doors Clean restrooms Wipe down tables and other community shared surfaces Wash hands/or apply sanitizer before food handling and after handling cash or cards. Take time off if feeling under the weather. HOW YOU CAN HELP: Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. Stay home when you are sick. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty. Keep a one seat air barrier between your group and any other group. We are basing our best practices and requests off of the latest CDC recommendations. Let’s be careful.
