Neck tension at the end of the day. (Or even headaches.) With these three exercises get rid of your neck tension by the end of the day for this week. Observe what feels tired in your body by the end of the day when you get home and use your foam roller to get the tension out of you. You will be amazed to notice how often there is tension in the neck, shoulders and the base of the skull.
