We are starting to look like a market now. Tomorrow final health inspection and by July 15 (or sooner!) we will be open for business.

The new lights look awesome! Closer to opening everyday.

Counters are almost done! Plumbing done and by Friday this week the electrical will be handled. Lots of little things to do then ALOT of cleaning. Em has ordered all of the equipment including freezer and fridges plus the cool espresso machine. We are also very proud to announce we will have a fountain drink machine installed July 6 also. ...
