With another phase of single family homes on the way, we cannot help but look back at who is here, already defining the essence of Meriam Park. Meet Anna and Chris, one of our favorite love stories. Also, owners of the Owen house style within the Bungalow Commons. The couple met on Instagram, a new paradigm to dating in the 21st century. Chris, born in Chico, and Anna, from the Czech Republic, connected virtually for a year before their first meeting. By the time both familie...s had been introduced, the couple was engaged at Disneyland’s famous ride It’s a Small World After All. Fast forward, the couple’s separate locations had to merge into one. They chose Chico, meanwhile keeping their eye on their dream home in Meriam Park. They were attracted to the intention behind the development, and love that they can get around with an electric scooter. Also pictured here is their 2 year old pup, Ashoka, who is counting down the days until we complete Indigo Park, just down the street from their home. These are the types of stories we love to hear!
