This is scandalous. This client came in from another shop for a screen repair and we noticed something about here battery. When we asked her who did her battery repair she said it was replaced a month ago here at another shop in Merced. We had to break the bad news to her. She was robbed by the other tech. Wow you guys are not going to believe this. This is really sad. This afternoon we spent 5 minutes on a call from a client and we let him know why shopping around and calling different local shops is not a good idea when it comes with your iPhone repair. We sent them a link to book but never got a request. This could have also been a mistake but the point is that this client went to another shop either by accident or personal choice. Moral of the story is that the other shop overcharged him ! Not only that but he most likely got the worse possible iPhone XS Max on the market. This client was so disappointed with what he got, that shop will never see this client ever again.
