If you are staring at screens all day, remember the 2020 Rule. Every 20 minutes spent using a screen, you should try to look away at something that is 20 feet away from you for a total of 20 seconds. This should reduce eye strain caused by looking at digital screens for too long.

Today is World Cancer Day, a day to be aware, to learn about risk reduction, and to fight cancer. A third of cancer cases are preventable. One of the top reasons for preventable cancer cases? UV radiation. Not only can UV radiation cause skin cancer, it can also increase your risk of developing cataracts. Wear your sunglasses any time you are outdoors during the day to help protect yourself from cataracts and skin cancer. (And don't forget the sunscreen!) #WorldCancerDay
