Finishing up Bolero Winery at Europa Village. Going to be a great place. There are 11 Casitas about 40 feet from the tasting room and restaurant. We also just started another winery right next to it in Europa Village called The Vienza Wine Cave that is going to be really nice.

Although not as much as we used to, we are still servicing Cell Phone Towers in remote locations. Our Tech Dustin caught a couple quick shots from a mountain top out in the Valley!

It has been an extremely challenging couple of weeks for all of us classified as an "Essential" business. It is somewhat of a blessing and a curse. We are blessed because we have not had to experience a massive layoff that so many have had to endure. At the same time we had the curse of asking our employees to go out and do their jobs in a professional manner in the middle of all of this uncertainty. We are lucky to have so many men and women who have done just that. We are hopeful that we are on the downhill side of this and we are praying that all of us make it through to the other side. A HUGE thank you to all of our people out doing what you do! Below is a pic of some of the trucks finishing up a winery this afternoon!

We just got done lifting 82 pieces of equipment in the course of 2 days over here at the Montclair Plaza Mall, we are very blessed to still be able to work through this difficult time.

As we face this unknown situation and try to sift through fact and fiction, try to understand what is under-reaction and what is over-reaction, we are once again reminded that our MVAC Team is the heart and soul of this business. From the most experienced Service Tech to the newest Installer and the entire Office staff, all of us are facing the same uncertainty, yet ALL are showing up and doing their job. If/when we are told we can no longer do it, we will cross that proverbial bridge when we get to it. Thank you to the Men and Women of MVAC for doing what you do and for doing it well!! Last week we held a Goodbye/Good Luck luncheon for our Construction Coordinator, Shelby Lawson. While Shelby was only with us for a year, she brought with her several years of construction experience and a great attitude. As one of her coworkers, I am sad to see her go but as her Father, I could not be more proud of her. She is leaving us to begin her training as a Flight Attendant with a major airline. Good luck and safe travels Shelby!! We love you!
