For over a decade now, Menemsha Architecture has had the privilege of partnering with Tri Counties Bank. The Branch/corporate office building featured in the photo is just one of the projects Menemsha Architecture has completed for our friends at Tri Counties Bank. One main feature of the site is a living, green canopy, located on the South East corner of the site and supported by columns that aim to emulate the forest of tree trunks in an orchard and their green canopy. The ...mass of the building is organically broken into smaller curvilinear forms, inspired by the organic forms of the rolling hills of the area and covered in wood colored skin, also emulating the color tonality of the orchards and fields surrounding Chico. The site is enhanced by the addition of deliberately placed vegetation and trees with the intention of creating a sensitive, setting that brings to life this corner of the site. Finally, the building employs the use of colors inherent and authentic to the building materials used to allow the building form to express itself without the use of extravagant colorization. #architecture #design #california #banking #menemshasolutions

This, single story building has a total of 2265 square feet of interior space. The location is completed with a new kitchen, front line, dining area, patio, three restrooms along with all new kitchen equipment and a walk-in refrigerator. They also have a pickup counter for online orders which makes it easy for the on the go customers. The exterior space has a 745 square feet patio for dinning with surrounding lighting, beautiful landscape and patio heaters for those cold nigh...ts. Menemsha's project team collaborated nicely with the Tender Greens team, landlord and the City of San Diego to complete this project successfully. To prove it read more about a recent completed office space renovation project for one of our high-profile clients. The project consisted of the modernization of thirty-six existing offices. If that’s not enough, five new offices were added all completed with new finishes and furniture along with a new board room also completed with new finishes, furniture, TV’s, new ceiling mount p...rojector, and Motorized Mecho Shades. The scope of work on this project also included new doors, frames, hardware, carpet, rubber base, fabric wrap panels, wood veneer panels, paint, ACT ceilings, millwork, furniture, new VAV’s & DDC controls, new Electrical, fire sprinkler and fire alarm work. Working in an occupied high-rise building had many challenges. The scope of work consisted of the replacement and expansion of the existing north parking lot using pervious concrete for parking stalls and AC paving drive areas, the addition of ADA concrete ramps from the north parking lot to the play field, installation of ne...w decomposed granite to create an accessible path of travel connecting to the existing path of travel from lower to upper play fields, installation of a new fence and gates and the construction of a ball wall and play surface.
