That’s to be expected because there aren’t as many sellers and buyers...some people are choosing to wait it out. But some people have an immediate need when it comes to buying or selling (marriage, divorce, births, death, job relocation, etc...). Sales Volume WILL go back up. 2. Here in LA, demand still o...utweighs supply, so prices are holding steady. The market was before the pandemic. This episodic event, once behind us, will allow for a V Curve recovery according to chief economists as well as financial firms like Goldman Sachs. 3. The market is moving forward for sure, just differently than we’re used to. Thanks to technology, real estate is being sold virtually, all over the world.
