Great Plates Delivered helps seniors and other adults at high risk from COVID-19 to stay home and stay healthy by delivering three nutritious meals a day.... The program is temporary and can end any time. Who qualifies for Great Plates Delivered? Visit the website: www.rcaging.org to complete the application form that includes the following requirements: Age 65 or older (OR) Age 0-64 with one or more medical conditions(s) that place them at high risk, including heart, lung, liver diseases; obesity; or exposure to COVID and their Income is BELOW $74,940 for a 1-person household, or $101,460 for a 2 person household NOT receiving other public nutrition assistance programs (such as CalFresh) NOT able to prepare or obtain meals on their own...
