It’s the little moments in everyday life that I enjoy the most with her.
She probably thought I wasn’t paying attention...I was Princess, I always am! Merry Christmas everyone! I don’t
She went Trick or Treating and filled up her baket. Came home and decided to add hers to the stash we were giving to other kids. That way we can give more!, she said. A little devil with the heart of an angel.
She lived next door to us and became Adri’s best friend 3 years ago. Her life took a turn and she moved away last year; but still spent the weekends together. Then Covid 19 kept them apart for months. But this weekend they proved that their friendship is stronger than life itself.
With several projects in development my mind is in many places until, Daddy, let’s play!. I came to a complete stop. What do you want to play?, I asked. Tea party!. Let’s do it! We even had a butler and she made him get us Snapple and napkins, he couldn’t say no! Thank you Bob!
Social distancing, virtual schooling, etc...she was feeling weird she said. Painting, I replied, often helps to express the feelings we can’t voice out. And paint she did, non stop.
We should paint the house, she said. So I painted the house. Quite simple.
It's worth going over basics as a reminder that we need to stay healthy and strong, Dr. Moon gives us a quick overview on face masks.
Just another day of serious goofiness and go...ofy seriousness. She knows I like to tell stories, so she’s always prepared to share one with me. She has to add a bit of fantasy to it all, and she knows I believe her stories, after all, I thought her what I once learned as a child Imagination is more important than knowledge, for knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world... Coronavirus Effects - short term Illness in many families. Death in some. Economic hardship in most. But I’m also noticing something else. We’ve been forced to stay away from social events, theme parks, social gatherings, concerts, getaways, travel etc etc. The end result seems to be that we are now forced to spend time with our parents, brothers and sisters, children, roommates and even pets. No time limit. Be there and talk, laugh, get frustrated, think and play. So...me have taken the risk of visiting family because they have nothing else to do. The pressure is there, but it slowly begins to fade. The worry is there, will my company close? Will I lose more clients? But time continues to build as we spend it at home. We have time to miss one another, to be with each other, to realize that we’ve given ourselves to everyone and everything around us except ourselves and those close to us. We FaceTime, we text, we make calls. We reconnect again in times when a trip to the other side of the planet takes only 14 hours and chose that time to be on an airplane but not with our neighbor or our parents. We get now close to one another because we’ve been forced by a virus to take time from everything else and spend it in the still of the day and night. Did we need this time? Maybe. Maybe it will be devastating in the end, maybe devastating alongside those who should matter most. See more
We might have more than a jacket in common, crazy mirroring personalities!
Fell asleep in a desert and woke up in the jungle. As beautiful as the desert colors are, there’s something magical about the monotone steel of NYC.
Ciertas cosas no se pueden inculcar, ya se traen en la sangre!
I’ve had halibut, salmon, mahi mahi... but never mermaid! Con la cara de angelito pero cola de pescado!
Mommy is not home. You know what that means?! It’s magic time!
