Does anyone else have a hard time slowing down or turning their thoughts off? How often do we actually slow down mentally, physically and emotionally? One hope I have/had during the pandemic is for the world to recognize what we DO have, how fortunate we all ARE and how simple and beautiful life IS and can be. A slow walk with a loved one, a long and intimate conversation with an elder, helping a stranger...I actually really appreciate the tag line!We are all in this together. It’s not just ME or just YOU or just THEM. It’s everything single one of us. I look forward to what this weekend brings. I hope all of you do too! #slowdown #positivechange

Have you ever tried changing the way you think? So much can happen to a person by practicing this simple yet challenging effort. We are all walking on different tightropes of life with hopes to get to the other side. Whatever is on that other side is different for each and everyone of us. Balancing on this tightrope can be the toughest yet most rewarding thing we experience. Empathy, acknowledging the ego and respect have been a few things I have been thinking hard about during this part of my life. I can’t wait to see how I can make positive change in these areas...
