We are currently in a prolonged state of fear and unknown. However, there is still LIFE to be lived and PEACE to be found even in dark times. Mindfulness teaches us to be present, in this very moment. Let this be your guiding light when your mind wanders into the future unknown. Quote shared by MDitate guide Jen Pearlstein

We, like most other small businesses, are feeling the impact of having to temporarily close our studio doors. We want to ensure we come back stronger than before and welcome you all with open arms once this storm passes. To that end, we have made the difficult decision to pause live-streamed meditation classes after April 12, 2020. We want to continue supporting your mental health and well-being during this crisis, so we will be posting recorded meditation videos with MDitate... guides for you to use for your home practice. These FREE meditation videos will be available on our new YouTube channel! We will let you know once the videos become available. To our members: all Soul Student memberships, monthly autopay memberships, and class packs have been frozen effective April 5, 2020. Sending our deepest gratitude for your support and commitment to MDitate.

Staying safe at home also means a lot of time sitting, which can cause our bodies to feel stiff and sore. To compound the discomfort, when we feel stressed our bodies tense up as a reflex reaction. Here’s a gentle seated hip-stretch guided by our in-house Yoga Therapist Alexandra Boggio that can help relieve some of the physical discomfort you may be feeling.
