People often stop to look at the board we have in our office. Our rules are inspired by Pete Carroll and our question is inspired by Bill Gates. Pete Carroll has these three simple rules for any team he coaches and his career attests to the importance of them. When starting Microsoft, Bill Gates asked the question "How do we become the intelligence that runs all computers?". The quality of ones results are often a direct reflection of the quality of ones questions. I'd say Bill Gates asked a good question!
