McMillan Electric and partner NOVO Construction bring design to life once again! Our team helped to welcome OKTA to their new home at 100 First Street. This highly stylized design turned reality fast with a lot of hard work, great communication, and tireless teamwork. It is always appreciated when we get feedback from our apprentices. This came by surprise and our apprentice didn’t know we would ever see it. We are very proud of our crew and those that choose to be part of the McMillan Team. Good luck as you continue on in your apprenticeship Casey! Today was a bitter sweet day. 6 months ago, I got the job of my dreams. The first day I walked on to the job site I was scared! As the days went on, I became more and more comfortable wit...h the crew I was working with and slowly became pretty close to most of them. I am so grateful for crossing paths with the people I worked with, I am so thankful for how amazing they treated me, how patient and understanding they were. I appreciate the fact that everyone was so willing to take time to teach me things and not just have me fetch material and do other grunt work because they didn't want to deal with a brand new apprentice. But today was my last day with that crew and just like every other day, today they gave me the confidence and encouragement to keep going on this journey. I am beyond nervous to move on to a new shop and a new crew, I don't think any will come close to the first one I had!
