This weekend brought incredibly sad news Emmanuel Manny Antwi, a Kennedy High School Senior and football player, passed away after a medical emergency at their football game Friday night. In an effort to show our love and support to his family and the JFK school community, SCUSD high schools are encouraging all of their students and staff to wear JFK’s school color and Go Green, by wearing green to class and athletics practice on Wednesday, March 24th. Please join us in honoring Manny’s life by finding your best green items to proudly wear in his name - uniting across the city as Kennedy Cougars for one day. The McClatchy Baseball program will be wearing green tomorrow in support. Please join us.

The 2020 season may be forgotten, but our 2020 Senior Lions will always be remembered for how hard they worked, competed and won big games over the years. And yes, that SD Tourney too! Best wishes to our Seniors always. THANK YOU Gabe, Xavier, Tyler, Vinnie, Nik and Emilio (camera shy) for your contributions to the McClatchy Baseball Program! #golions
