MCC Awaken Student Ministries

Tomorrow is Awaken Sunday, which means we are in charge of the Host Teams for church! Wear your Host Team t-shirt and we will see you at 9:30 AM! Plus, if you help out, we will buy lunch for you afterward!

The first-ever Awaken Summer Camp is happening June 30 through July 3 at the Mountain View Vacation Home in Oakhurst, CA! Our days will be spent hiking in Yosemite, boating and swimming at Bass Lake, and swimming at local pools. Our evenings will be spent at the vacation home where there is an outdoor fire pit, foosball table, pool table, volleyball net, tetherball, and more. The cost is only $75 which covers your lodging, food, and all activities and the registration deadline is Wednesday, May 19. You can pick up a registration packet on Wednesdays at Awaken!

Tomorrow we are beginning a brand new series called MISQUOTED. There are dozens of sayings that our culture believes are things that God said, but in reality, he didn't. In this series, we will set the record straight on some of the things that God never said. See you tomorrow at 6:30 PM!
