Well today we were going to post about the NINE GOLD MEDALS (2 of which got Best of Class) that we won at the Harvest Fair, but in keeping with the 2020 theme, other news has taken precedent. We had to close the Reserve Room under evacuation orders from the most recent wildfire. Jeffrey & assistant winemaker, Antonio, have been working tirelessly pressing, punching down & pumping over the harvest that we brought in over the weekend... well, until they lost power. Good news, we are all safe, a generator is being delivered and the main tasting room in Glen Ellen will be open from 12-4 for those who need to stock up on wine! Thank you to everyone who has reached out & for your thought and prayers & of course, to the firefighters & front line workers risking everything to keep us safe.
