DNA Helix sculpture by Bryan Goldenberg. The delicate swirls and bubble details look unreal to me. What a cool piece to photograph! A few years ago, Bryan made a prototype of this and asked me to document it, when I had just started Maylight. I'm pleased and humbled to see how far I've come with controlling light and reflections on glass. Such a rewarding job! Thanks for believing in me, Bryan.
This Sunday, Justin Hargraves and I are offering free professional headshots for our community as they re-enter the workforce. Just walk up, no appointment required. There's something about a clean, bright product photo of handmade glass that is so simply beautiful. These swirling details speak for themselves! Made by Bryan Goldenberg of Slow Burn Glass Studio LLC.
"Inclusion Number 1" by, you guessed it, Jason McDonald. He created a new concept by fusing a delicate goblet into a solid block of finely detailed glass. The process photo is a still from the virtual Hot Glass Cold Beer event at Public Glass in San Francisco, where Jason demonstrated this particular skill.
