Good morning folks, another special post this time it involves our kids.. with this pandemic taking on a new life we are all adapting, it’s been stressful on all levels , family’s, work and schools have been impacted. Social distancing is the new norm, closed businesses closed parks closed schools.. distance learning is here! Teachers working with limited resources, school districts underfunded and families that can’t make the purchase of a brand new or refurbished lap top o...r chrome book to make for a distance learning experience. I present to you the manzanita project!!! A foundation to help our kids in and around our communities, to ensure they have the tools to succeed. They are our future. Not only will we supply a full functioning computer, we will also assist with the connection through zoom or other forms of FaceTime. Please share this special foundation folks!!! Folks we are officially open under San Mateos county guidelines. Our trainers are required to wear masks when training, our clients don’t have to wear them while working out. We’ve added more hand sanitizers around the facility along with disinfectant wipes. Our trainers are instructed to wipe down machines after each use.... We have thermo guns to check for temperatures (scan) And our newest addition to the killing germ family our victory electrostatic gun.... they don’t stand a chance. We are practicing social distancing and scheduling all our clients to ensure their safety along with ours. Thank you to our loyal clients for the continued support during these difficult times. A big heartfelt thank you to all our family and friends who supported our cause here at the Max through our gofundme page. Still fully active and available to share.. WIth just a couple of weeks from reopening, here at the max we have taking every precaution to ensure you come back to a gym in full compliance, with signage throughout the gym serving as a constant reminder to practice social distancing(6 feet apart).... professionally cleaned using Eddie Perez cleaning service...... every piece of equipment wiped and sanitized using approved cleaning agents. We also added more hand sanitizers throughout. Created 1 entrance and exit only to allow a smooth flow. And last but not least we collaborated with our friends over at Athems design to custom make our masks. Hello Max family and friends , in times like this we tend to hold onto something that inspires and truly moves us. Right now our family and friends coming together showing love and support for our ohana their ohana, means the world to us... speechless and humbled by it all.
