Maven's Treats

After almost 2 months with no oven, I’m so relieved to have ordered this beauty today! After more frustrating phone calls than were necessary, our home warranty company finally agreed our oven was not fixable. We still have to wait another month for delivery and installation, but I’m so excited. After almost 6 years of rotating cookie sheets, I will never have to again. Plus we’ll have 3 racks per oven vs 2. I can’t wait to start baking again, I miss you all and our cookie classes so much! I’m so sad we aren’t able to offer Valentine’s cookies this year, but I promise we’ll make up for it as soon as we can.

UPDATE: Our oven situation is still pending, however in the meantime we have a leak in our home that requires remediation and quite a bit of construction. We have decided to close Maven’s Treats temporarily as we deal with this. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. I will try to pop on occasionally to update. Stay healthy, love to you all!

OVEN UPDATE: We were finally able to get a technician out yesterday to look at our oven. He has ordered the parts, and we are hoping to be up and running soon! Thank you so much for your patience. We can’t wait to decorate Valentine’s Day cookies with you soon!

Wishing you and your loved ones the merriest Christmas! Thank you for all of the love you’ve continued to show us. We couldn’t do this without you! May your holiday be safe and Covid free. Can you believe we baked more than 1,500 cookies in December! This last week took a village, and I owe a huge thank you to my husband and our daughters for stepping up to help with packaging, labeling, dish washing, keeping me fed and sane. I also want to thank my in-laws for loaning me... their beautiful kitchen while they were out of town. I definitely want a huge island in my next kitchen! We are officially closed through the end of the year. Possibly longer depending on how long it takes to get our oven repaired or replaced.
