The City of Ventura - Government approved recommendations by Matrix Consulting Group to help streamline its development review process. The project team recommended 57 recommendations, with an implementation plan identifying potential priorities and timeframe. The City and City of Ventura Community Development Department hopes that the implementation of these recommendations will lead to a more efficient and effective process for the development community. The Matrix Consulting Group presented findings of the city-wide performance audit to the Tigard City Council noting the City generally has high levels of services accomplished with a lean staff.

All that data [from the report] will help drive those decisions and make sure our scheduling is appropriate and that our deployment of our officers is at the days and times that are most effective."

The Matrix Consulting Group has begun its operational and financial review of the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office. Team members were on site the past two weeks, and yesterday, Richard Brady, the president of the firm, presented an outline and overview of the project to the County’s Executive Committee. The Matrix Consulting Group recently completed a fee study for the City of Austin’s Parks and Recreation Department (PARD).
